This was a fun piece to turn. I often get asked if I am holding my breath and hoping the bark won't fly off. My attitude is that I hope that some of it will break off, as it makes it easier to peer into the piece and see how I'm doing! Plus, that is the ultimate case of listening to the wood and doing what it wants you to do! | |
